I write this blog post with great joy, announcing that my portfolio has finally reached 1000 images. Six years ago, when I started submitting images on Dreamstime, I had such a difficult time getting my images approved and having even 40 online was a very big deal to me. However, I must admit that back then the quality of my photographs was really low, with a few exceptions, while the illustrations were quite horrible. I can honestly say that Dreamstime was like a teacher to me, serving me with clearly explained rejections and helping me to become a better illustrator and photographer. There was even one time when I was trying to submit an illustration of a snowman and I kept making silly mistakes. Luckily for me, the reviewer attached a clear reason for the rejections...
