My first editorials

posted on 11th of november, 2011

My first three editorials were approved this month at the same time and I am happy about it.

I took them in San Diego Sea World as a tourist.

I think you meant to say you were a "photographer on a self-assignment". Sounds better to the tax man. ;-)

Thank you friends! Wish you all good sales and happy shooting

Congratulations on that.
some times DT converts your normal pictures to Editorial.
For example I had submitted 21653938 as a normal picture, but DT converted and accepted it as an Editorial picture.

Congratulations. It is all too easy to forget editorials whilst stuck in a mindset of 'avoid logos and faces...', (I know that I can fall into that trap) but they are good for the portfolio and can bring in significant sales.

About me

My photography started during films days with my old Canon AE1. Then I bought my first digicam in 1994. I have concentrated on serious photography only in 2003 after being a sports buff. I had to 'slow down' due to my heart operation during that year. I joined DT in 2008 but stagnated for about 2 years and started building up my portfolio by uploading many photos in it only in 2011. From Manila, Philippines. Thanks for viewing my portfolio. And thank you buyers!!
