The capital of Russia is ready to celebrate one of the most important holidays in the history of XXth century - the Victory day!
Though May 09 is 2 days ahead, there are huge decorations already put on the Red Square in Moscow. There are banners with May 9 wording, models of war medals and colorful ribbons.
By the Lenin's Mausoleum there's a tribune for visitors of the military parade scheduled for the morning of May 09. This tribune looks very patriotic: seats are colored in white, blue and red, three colors of the state Russian flag. When you just enter the Red Square, you have an impression that there's indeed a big flag by the Kremlin wall. It looks so impressive in the rays of the May sun!
There've already been several military parade rehearsals with participation of many impressive cars and soldiers marching perfectly! Rehearsals are done very seriously, and some streets in the Moscow city center have been closed for traffic for several hours because of the holiday preparations.
I've been recently to the Red Square and I was able to see all these impressive decorations, and now photos of them are in my portfolio on Dreamstime, so you can have a look too! And I am looking forward to participate in the coming celebration! Happy coming Victory day!
