Just a hobbyist, without tons of uploaded images, several images still being rejected by DT, earning a little more than usual make me jump, jump and jump.
I don't have good sales in 2013. One of the reasons I believe is I quit as an exclusive contributor end of last year and sales drop abruptly. Before that I have a quite stable sales monthly but not much. Later then I come back as an exclusive member again. (DT management is kind enough to accept me back. Thanks guys :D)
Quite disappointed until before this image downloaded 5 times with few cents, nothing was fantastic until the last sales, which was 50 credits sales. Wow..wow..
So what do I do? Since I am not a professional photographer, technically I can't afford much but (1) keep uploading and
(2) stick to the exclusive membership at DT....
I am so happy, sincerely thanks to my buyer and would like to know where is it going to be used. Every day I drag this image to Google image but no clue yet.
Thanks for reading and wish every one have many credits sales..
It takes a long time and a lot of hard work to build up a decent portfolio that brings in $$. When one leaves the nest so to speak you have to be ready for an abrupt drop to the ground but over time one learns to fly on their own. It just takes a few months to build up enough strength and fly even higher although it takes more energy.
